Automotive and logistics: Project development with B&L

Since 2015, A+S processes technical plans for logistics and production facilities for the investor B&L from Hamburg. For 45 years, the B&L group has been successful with the investment in and management of high quality real estate in Germany, with more than 170 completed projects. The CKD Nord and the central replacement parts center are two past projects in which A+S and B&L worked together for Audi.

In Lübeck, A+S is supporting the investor on the project "The Water Art" (Die Wasserkunst) with the creation of functional construction contracts and the negotiation with planners and construction companies.
